摘要：

目的以北京市医院管理局消化内科学科协同发展中心(以下简称"中心")为例,探索优势学科为主导的医学学科协同发展模式建设思路.方法通过梳理中心建设经验,阐述中心建设意义、建设路径及现存建设难点.结果中心通过搭建一系列辐射成员单位的公共服务平台、健全制度及激励机制,凝聚发展合力.结论基于北京市医院管理局集团化管理优势,中心在科研、医疗、信息化建设及人才培养等方面同步推进,形成自身特色,为市属医院医学学科协同发展中心建设积累了宝贵的经验.
