TeleMedicine Network, which was developed in the past few years, is an important component of China Medicine Network. The infrastructure of TeleMedicine Network is based on IP network The backbone uses ATM technology, connection layer makes use of DDN and XDSL is used from data terminal office to hospital. The bandwidth of the network is 512K. All facilities follow ITU-T international standard.
